Actually Sapient is not my company. Today I went to interview there as web developer. Company working seems too good. Company cab “Toyota Innova” came to pick me (single person) up for the interview place. There I faced some simple written questions but without any preparation i was not able to solve them. I was feeling shame on me today. I don’t know I should be happy or sad to get fail there.

As cab driver told me in cab that there is only time of coming in office not of going back at home. There is lot of work load. Near about no leaves, and timely firing of employees. Recently they have fired more than 400 employees. So career is good but your career will not remain safe here.
